Priced at $188++ for two, your dining experience begins with a welcome toast with a My Valentine’s cocktail each, a sparkling celebration of Prosecco, gin, Triple Sec, lemon, Grenadine and black Amarena cherries.  

Savour the elegance of ikura crowned Lobster Prawn Kueh Pie Tee followed by the delicate allure of Habanero Hamachi Tiradito with orange and chile ponzu. Share the indulgence of Capellini pasta with lobster Beurre Blanc, Hokkaido scallops and calamari before a decadent Surf & Turf plate of herb-crusted prime ribeye, grilled tiger prawns, Ancho chile reduction, and truffle mash. Conclude your evening with the sweetness of a Lychee Raspberry Mousse and rose-scented Mega Macaron, crafted for two hearts to share. A celebration of the sea (and your love) awaits.
