Think 4 courses with 3 paired wines. Start with a refreshing Habanero Hamachi Tiradito dressed with chilli ponzu followed by Rigatoni with Kani Miso Beurre Blanc, Hokkaido Scallops and Calamari. Mains include truffle garlic butter laced USDA Prime Ribeye and a pan seared Barramundi with Burnt Seaweed cream before a sweet finale. Book for dinner, Tuesdays to Sundays.
