Highlights include an exquisite Yellowtail Crudo with jalapeno and Szechuan ponzu, Herb Marinated Rack of Lamb with artichokes, balsamic tomatoes and Aji Verde and Citrus Salmon Fillet with cornichon Beurre Blanc and dill. Finish with a decadent iced Sicilian Pistachio dessert with brown butter crumble, cured egg yolk and parmesan, complemented by a warming spice scented Mulled Red Wine.
